What is International Nurses‘ Day?
International Nurses’ Day is observed every year on May 12 to remember the birth of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing, to honor nurses as critical assets, and raise awareness of the issues they face.
Factoring Simple Polynomials
Writing an expression as a product of factors is known as factoring. For example, we can express 10 as (5)(2), where 5 and 2 are called factors of 10.
Polynomial expressions can also be used for this. So let us know how we can do it.
With addition and subtraction, we can proceed to the operation (combine) if the exponents of the expression or terms are the same. At the same time, for multiplication and division, we shall consider the rules of exponents. In adding exponents with the same base, we need to add their exponents and retain the base. In contrast, for the division, if we have the same base, we need to subtract the exponent of the denominator or divisor from the exponent of the numerator or dividend.
