Directly compare two objects with a measurable attribute in common, to see which object has “more of”/ less of” the attribute, and describe the difference. 

Summary:

This is how comparing two objects is done in terms of their:

  • SIZE– when measuring the size, we determine if it is small or big.
  • HEIGHT distance from bottom to top to determine if it is short or tall.
  • LENGTH distance from side to side to determine if it is short or long.
  • WEIGHT when measuring the weight, we determine if it is light or heavy.
